Our Sixteenth Annual Conference for Direct Service Professionals, “Advancing in the Human Service Field: It’s not a Job; It’s a Profession” will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018. We are particularly proud of this event as it serves to enhance the status, recognition, and professionalism of those who provide direct services and supports for the people whom our organizations serve.

For over a decade, our conference has celebrated the critical role of Direct Service Professionals who provide services and supports to adults and/or children with mental health conditions, intellectual disabilities, or chemical dependency.

The success of our conference is largely due to the high caliber of speakers who generously share their expertise for the benefit of Direct Service Professionals. Throughout the day, we host 30 lively, engaging and thought provoking workshops.

As part of The Alliance of Community Service Providers’ goal of promoting and supporting workforce development, we are excited to announce our Second Annual Philadelphia Alliance Scholarship.*  This $1000 scholarship will be granted to a deserving Direct Services Professional (DSP) for the purpose of continuing education. *Sponsored by The Philadelphia Alliance.
