Mr. Fialko is a Certified Prevention Specialist employed by The Council of Southeast Pa, Inc., he has over 13 years’ experience working in the drug and alcohol field as an IOP counselor, adventure based counselor, mental health counselor, prevention specialist, certified tobacco treatment specialist and educator. His involvement with multiple systems keeps him informed of current trends and best practice regarding drug abuse and addiction.  He collaborates with communities, families, schools, small businesses, treatment providers and local law enforcement to facilitate prevention and education programs. Mr. Fialko sits on the States Rapid Response Overdose Task Force as well the Upper Bucks Heroin Use Prevention Group. Mr. Fialko chairs the Bucks County Overdose Prevention and Education Collaborative where he oversees the distribution of naloxone and facilitates naloxone trainings to participating Bucks County Police Departments.
