Executive Director, Cherie Brummans
The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Alliance. She is responsible to the Board of Directors for administering and coordinating all activities of the association and for disseminating information to the membership. Working under the direct supervision of the Board, and primarily the President, the Executive Director represents the Alliance before (and coordinates Alliance activities with) various governmental and legislative officials, as well as many other organizations concerned with services provided for individuals and families needing services and supports for the challenges of mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and addictions. Associate Director, Michael Donovan
The Associate Director serves as the primary program assistance to the Executive Director of the Alliance. He is responsible to the Executive Director, and ultimately to the Board of Directors for organizing, coordinating, and/or facilitating a significant portion of the activities of the association and for disseminating information to the membership. A significant part of the job includes interacting with state and local policy makers. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Associate Director represents the Alliance to external organizations, interacting and conducting business on behalf of the Alliance. The Associate Director handles some responsibilities independently; and also assumes some responsibilities and/or duties of the Executive Director . Administrative Executive, Victoria Haggerty
The Administrative Executive serves as an executive assistant to the Executive Director of the Alliance. She is responsible to the Executive Director for managing or assisting in the management of all “office” functions. A significant function involves communication around the activities of the association and disseminating information to the membership. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Administrative Executive handles all vendors and represents the Alliance to external organizations, interacting and conducting business on behalf of the Alliance.
