WHAT IS A LISTENING CIRCLE?

Simply put, a Listening Circle is a session where people gather to engage in safe and honest dialogue around a topic of common interest—and most importantly, listen to each other.  In our case, the topic would be The Alliance.

The goal is for us to get  a sense of how The Alliance can best serve its Members and Associate Members.   We want to know what The Alliance means to you. What would you like to see us focus on in the future?  What elements of the organization have been most beneficial to you? And more……..   We will pose some specific questions and then simply LISTEN to your feedback. All that we ask is that you bring with you your thoughts and ideas for growth, an open mind and most importantly, your honesty.

PLEASE NOTE:

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOUR ORGANIZATION SENDS A PERSON THAT KNOWS THE ALLIANCE AND WILL HAVE AN ONGOING INTEREST IN OUR MEETINGS/SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.  ALSO, IF YOU OR SOMEONE FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION HAS ALREADY ATTENDED, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP AGAIN.  WE WANT TO GIVE OTHERS A CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE.
